We always guarantee to act in good faith and to send out all merchandise in a timely fashion. Should your merchandise have a problem, either by defective manufacturing or by shipping damage, Lilypad will provide a replacement of your order. The damaged item must be returned with a note describing the defect. If a replacement cannot be made you may opt for a refund providing the damaged merchandise is first returned. Goods damaged during shipping should be sent back unopened in the condition received.
